The National Science Foundation Center for Selective C-H Functionalization (CCHF) is revolutionizing chemical synthesis by developing powerful, expansive, and predictable chemistries with implications on the pharmaceutical industry and technological industries that rely on the development of new materials. These new technologies that are highly sustainable, efficient and create minimal to no waste.

Protect the Brain Campaign

1) Brain health education: How EEG technology can help with brain recovery and monitoring (worksheets, information, photos, etc.)
2) EEG brain wave interactive activity: Kids can put on helmet (photo op) and see EEG waves their brain is creating
3) Nonprofit brain scan program: Promoting new nonnprofit program free to the public that provides free EEG brain scans for kids to address concussion in youth sports. flyers, giveaways, "spin the wheel" type game.

iD Tech

We are the world’s #1 summer tech camp for kids and teens ages 6 – 18! At iD Tech, we offer day & overnight summer camps for aspiring programmers, app developers, video game designers, engineers, filmmakers, photographers, and more. Courses are led by tech-savvy, adult-only staff in a fun, energetic and experiential environment. In addition to providing entertaining and age-appropriate activities, our STEM summer camps are loaded with original, real-world curriculum and professional software.

Silver sponsor 10x40 booth, 4 tables, 4 chairs. We'd like to have our booth in the same general location as last year but not directly in front of main stage. On the side of Park in the park facing 10th Ave (we were there a couple years back) is acceptable as well.

1. Liquid Density Experiment which will have a poster describing what density is and an experiment to compare the densities of common household liquids by using liquid droppers to stack the different liquids in conical tubes.
2. Process Modeling Visualizations which will have computer visualizations of process models used in BP.

Making STEM

Learn real-world engineering skills through hands-on activities at the Making STEM booth. Use design thinking, and collaborative problem-problem solving, to complete engineering challenges. Turn your ideas into reality as you create beautiful 3D geometric sculptures using custom building tools. Work together in a team to solving a 5 foot parabolic bridge puzzle. Document your project using photography so you can share with friends, family, and the community.
