About Jennifer Samore:
Grounded in the sacred tradition of Immaculate Heart High School (Los Angeles), women of great heart and right conscience, Jennifer Samore is attuned with her heart-mind and is committed to crafting a life in alignment with the precepts.
While literature was a motivating force in her youth, she transitioned to mastering the sciences during college as she pursued a pre-medical education. Simultaneously, she began taking yoga classes at the UCSD’s RIMAC gymnasium. Scientific and spiritual inquiry became intricately linked and her lifelong curiosity for blending her learnings in these seemingly disparate disciplines was sparked. Initially pursuing a doctorate of Pharmacy at UCSF, in 2011 she listened to a deep inner knowing, a calling to create a unique path that is still taking shape.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from UCSD and is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500), Reiki practitioner and Mindfulness meditation teacher. In 2019, she received her Masters in Kinesiology, Integrative Wellness from Point Loma University and completed as the Beginner Training for Somatic Experiencing in Los Angeles with Berns Galloway.
Jennifer Samore is a native Southern Californian resident. She currently resides in San Diego with her feline boys, Wally & Atticus.
