Explore interactive demonstrations and hands-on science activities at Jumpstart Your Success with Physical Sciences! Mesa College STEM faculty will host demonstrations promoting physical sciences, including sun telescope viewing, catapult building, bridge engineering - all culminating with an exciting Exploding Volcano Demonstration!
Jumpstart Your Success with Physical Sciences will engage middle and high school students and families in the exciting demonstrations of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Jumpstart Your Success with Physical Sciences is held in partnership with “Jumpstart Your Success: Cash In on Community College”, a FREE event for prospective students, their families, and friends. The event combines two of Mesa College’s most popular events – “Saturday on the Mesa: Jumpstart Your Success” and “Cash In on Community College” – and will be an opportunity for students to learn about Mesa programs and services.
The event is free and open to the public. Free parking.
